Our service call handling team can offer you user support over the phone if you need it. The team is supported by our department manager who is a skilled technician.
If your business is networked, our medium to high volume products can be configured to report the machine status by email directly to our service control team, who can plan routine maintenance or allocate a technician for an emergency visit. This information can also go to a key operator in your organisation.
