For example, if you’re typing a letter, you can use a letter heading template to start your letter and then if your document continues onto further pages, by using macros we can set the printer to automatically take the right paper from the right trays, all at the click of one button. Likewise, if you then want a copy of the complete document on plain paper, another click will produce the desired result simply and efficiently in a fraction of the time.
You can even use macros to automatically ‘double side’ documents, saving not only time, but paper and possibly postage and filing space too.
