New products and pricing from 1st May 2026

The Newman Cloud Products will see a price increase to reflect product price changes and increases in operating costs.

DropSuite SaaS Cloud Backup will also see an increase.

Newman Cloud Changes

As of 01/03/2026, Newman Cloud Standard will no longer be available for new users as Newman Cloud Advanced offers a higher level of security which will now be the default package.

Newman Cloud Advanced users will see the addition of Microsoft CoPilot Chat from 1 July 2026. Microsoft Copilot is an AI-powered assistant designed to help you get work done faster and more easily inside Microsoft products. It works alongside you, understands what you’re doing, and can generate, summarize, analyse, and explain information using natural language. We are also excited to bring Newman Cloud Premium with additional product features including –

  • CoPilot Chat
  • Exclaimer Email Signature Management
  • Extended Detection and Response Security
  • Security Awareness Training and Phishing Simulation

 

These features provide you with AI chat, increased security and easy, company wide, email signature management.

Non Profit users of the Newman Cloud Range will see changes to availability and pricing as Microsoft have withdrawn the free of charge licenses.

DropSuite

DropSuite has been acquired by NinjaOne and sees a rebrand to ‘NinjaOne SaaS Backup + Archiver / Powered by Dropsuite’. Pricing will also be changing.
